Logistics/Engineering Analyst
Description:
- Provides solutions taking into consideration components from across a wide range of Supply Chain functional areas
- Conducts and/or plays an advisory role in cost benefit analysis, business cases, performance metrics and design implementation.
- Uses operational and technical knowledge to design and develop creative solutions to customer needs and requirements.
- Utilizes operational research techniques such as modeling, simulation to provide network design recommendations.
- In-depth analysis in the areas of transportation, distribution operations and network design, warehouse capacity modeling
- Experience in simulation and modeling
- Background in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Excellent communication skills
