Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Commercial Construction Superintendents for Calgary, Alberta, Saskatoon and Regina, Saskatchewan locations.
In this role, you will provide overall on-site administrative and technical management on construction project site.
Responsible and authoritative for all site activities regarding the efficient and safe production for all aspects and phases of the assigned project.
Duties include: Planning and scheduling, Project processing, cost control, quality control, and on site safety.
Educational and experience requirements include: Journeyman trade certificate plus a minimum of 10 years related experience. Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction: materials, equipment, trade agreements, jurisdiction, negotiations, and engineering. Excellent communication, organizational and supervisory skills are essential.
Environmental aspects (weather, heights, etc.) play an important role for this position since one is often outdoors.
